Las tarifas varían según el tamaño del grupo. Para grupos de 1 a 10 personas, las cancelaciones con 24 horas de antelación son gratuitas. Para grupos de 11 a 20 personas, el plazo es de 3 días hábiles. Los grupos más grandes requieren un plazo mayor, hasta 30 días hábiles o más para grupos de más de 70 personas. Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 2 horas de antelación son siempre gratuitas, independientemente del tamaño del grupo.
El acceso está garantizado a la hora de inicio de su reserva. Si necesita tiempo para prepararse, le recomendamos reservar con 30 minutos de antelación, ya que la sala podría estar ocupada hasta el momento en que comience su turno.
Los socios reciben una factura mensual. Los no socios que reserven por horas deberán abonar el importe el día de uso; las reservas fuera del horario habitual o los fines de semana requieren el pago completo por adelantado. Se requiere una tarjeta de crédito registrada para todas las reservas de no socios.
Sí, colaboramos con restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas para ofrecer opciones de catering y pausas para el café adaptadas a su evento. Solo tiene que indicárnoslo al hacer la reserva.
