ICONIC Workspaces Downtown is on the 3rd floor of the CHASE Bank Building at 150 SE 2nd Ave. The building sits between Downtown Miami and Brickell, which makes it one of the more practical office addresses in the city: close to the courthouse, close to the financial district, and easy to reach from anywhere.
The courthouse is a 7-minute walk, which is why a lot of our Downtown members are law firms and legal professionals. Brickell Avenue is right there, I-95 is around the corner, and if your clients are coming in by Metromover or Metrorail, the Knight Center stop drops them at the front door.
The surrounding area has banks, hotels, restaurants, and some of the oldest buildings in Miami. It is a proper business district, not a co-working park, and the office reflects that. We have private offices, conference rooms, a reception team, and everything you need to show up and get to work.
