              • Leave the Team Be<\/strong> – Once the team is formed and knows what is required of them, let them go. Micro-managing will be a turn off to your team as it can appear that you do not trust them to do the work you asked them to do. Check-in only when you need to, and make sure deadlines are being met but apart from that, reach out to your project manager for any additional updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Evaluate<\/strong> – Once the project has been completed, it\u2019s time to evaluate how it went! Was the project completed on time and correctly? Did the team work together well?
